I'm never bet on sports in my life, but had a quick check on Odds checker and West Ham are at 8/13 to beat Hull. I know that's not great, but as Saints fans we know it's as good as free money.

An accumulator with Wham winning and Saints drawing is 7.65

The same with Coventry winning would be 16.5

I'm now trying to decide how much money I'm willing to chuck away should Saints get promoted. Anyone else having a similar dilema or am I just Gregos Traitorelli?

Yep. In fact thr £625 I won tonight from West Ham winning is the most money I've ever won ever. So what do I do? Bank it like a sensible person? Nope, re-"invest" it in Saturday's games.

I shouldn't be allowed to have money. My wages should be paid to my other half.

I've taken to it as well. Had a few quid on a WHU win tonight and am now feeling lucky so have invested some winnings on Saints to win 5-1.

Yep, my first ever bet on a football match was tonight! Have only ever bet on the Grand National before.

I should have bet on tonight, the odds were probably much better and we all knew deep down it would come to this.

Rickie Lambert wants 30 league goals. He already bagged us £625 this season for his hat-trick vs Millwall @25/1.

I shall be lumping a little bit of that on him to do it again on Saturday. Should get 20/1 minimum.
