If we get promoted will we have bus tour around city?

Forgive the 'look at me, I'm ITK' moment, but I was privy to a discussion about this with a source at the club in about March, and the source said that there were no plans at that time.

 

Things may have changed since then, but certainly in March when we were top of the table, there were no plans.

Something at the guildhall square would be good. Back to back promotions would be worth celebrating as a city, but no bus tour, that should be saved for trophies only.

What about when you get a point at your fiercest rivals, but you're still staring relegation and possible liquidation in the face? Surely, an open top bus tour is the only way to commemorate this huge feat?

QPR never had one as Flav was too tight to pay for it. Its a bit small time for a club to do it if they havent won the league, you wouldnt do it for losing a cup final so I dont see why 2nd place should do it, in fact the playoff winners have more reason to do it as at least they will have a trophy to parade.

Agree it should be for a REAL trophy - if and when.
