And people think we wouldn't need a bigger stadium than 32k in the Premier League for games against Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle etc

Yep I make three extra seats needed:lol:

If a club can sell over 30k whilst in tier 2 and tier 3 in a 32k stadium, it could easily sell more in tier 1 against the likes of Man Utd, Liverpool, Man City, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal, Newcastle etc etc in the world's most high profile league. Every season at St Mary's in the Premier League saw averages of over 30k (including the relegation season).

What amazes me is that tickets were still on sale this morning and now we have desperate dans begging for tickets.

Guess they were part of the "won't sell out I'll just turn up on Friday" brigade.

Indeed, all those thousands you told us will be coming across from Wales and Cornwall every week for a start.

You know why everyone wants tickets? becuase we might win the league, the same last season when we were looking at promotion..........People will be far less interested in £40-50 tickets to watch us get spanked by the above teams while fighting it out to finish 10th IMO

Indeed. We only just sold out for the biggest game we've had in 7 years. Yet MLG think 45,000 people will pay £40 to see Wigan on a tuesday night in February.
