Those that went on the pitch...

How pathetic. What was the point.?

Total Neanderthal Morons.

I would actually go as far to say that you cost us the 3 points.

Delaying the start broke our momentum and also would have added on more stopidge time.

So pat your self on the back for helping out the skates.

Nah.

I also think the 50+ (I was sat near them) morons cost us the game.

Mindless, stupid idiots. Every single one.

I felt totally ashamed of them, giving the skates exactly what they wanted, an extra burst to send us home with a big '**** you' attached to it. If you do it at all, do it AFTER WE HAVE WON THE GAME.

Well done.

Urgh.

This^^^ plenty of us managed to celebrate without being nobs.............Billy Sharp looked well impressed by the **** trying to hug him...

Really ?

We go 2-1up in the last few minutes of a derby game and some of you are moaning that there are people on the pitch celebrating.

My life.

What? Why? Why the **** would you want to go onto the pitch during a game, derby or not? Not only that, but how stupid do you feel given the final outcome?

I'm no thug but emotions sometimes get the better of you.

When Barry Horne scored against Bolton in the 80's cup tie, I ended up in the centre circle, I don't know how I even got there, emotion took over.

To say that the kids who come on today cost us the game is laughable, I suggest all the moaners are post 96 fans who never experienced football in the 80's.

I blame them for allowing the ref to add a extra 1/2 mins which kind of cost us the game since they scored in 93rd min but we still should of closed him down before that skate volleyed in bottom corner.

Also ref was awful he would be 3rd on my list to blame, would of been 1 if he disallowed that goal.

If you ended up in the centre circle and didnt know how you got there - I suggest you lay off the wackybacky. Everybody gets emotional - but we have to keep those emotions in check, absolutely no excuse for going on the pitch - especially when the game is still in progress.

My first saints game - late '68 I believe.

wow 4 people went on the pitch, I didn't even notice, who gives a ****, the fact you've started a thread on your disgruntlement on the matter shows how much of a fanny you are. I couldnt give a fck about this all I care about is not winning today.

But I still don't get it

Why does anyone feel the need to run onto the pitch?

Is it the grass?

Is it because you are not allowed?

Is it you think you are above the rules?

I honestly don't get it?

It's actually pathetic and anyone who defends it needs to take a look at their self.

Totally pointless and achieves absolutely nothing.

Apart from making yourself look a complete and utter retard

I can guarantee you those who went on the pitch didn't have a thought process beyond "f*cking yes!", let alone something along the lines of "I think I'll dodge to the left of that steward, run on the pitch, pick up the corner flag and wave it a bit. Yes, that's what I'll do".

You can guarantee it because thinking is beyond them. They haven't got the brain cells to rub together.

Thing about using that '80's or '70s' rationale, is taht anyone in their 70s who went in the 50s and 60s could say the the same thing, and it didn't happen then? The only fans who keep going on about how cleansed football is and how its not like teh old days seem to be those who have some sort of nostalgia trip about the 'caged' animal era... why is that?
