Thedelldays Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 WHAT THE HELL loads of reading fans going with 10 mins to go at 0-0... WTF...?
Crab Lungs Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading fans streaming for the exits :-/ "maybe the prawn sandwiches beckon" comment by Sky tater
Crab Lungs Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Disallowed Reading goal... Now they score... ****
Window Cleaner Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Come on ref blow the whistle, 85 minutes is enough on Bank Holidays, Reading's fans will be late for their teas. Ah too late
James Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Oh **** off reading. Such a horrible **** club with terrible fans
Crab Lungs Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Oh **** off reading. Such a horrible **** club with terrible fans This.
Chez Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading look a bloody good side. Pace and tricks out wide and power with Roberts and Legertwood down the spine. Gonna be a very hard game indeed against them.
Avenue Saint Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Jason flipping Roberts, changed their season around!
Thedelldays Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 You'd be happy coming second to Reading after coming second to Brighton? Yes promotion is great, but it's not the way I'd dreamt of it. yes i would....promotion..its all about promotion did it bother me brighton won the league...for about 5 mins to be fair...if they win at brighton and at ours..then fair ******* play to them
James Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Looked a foul by Roberts there too. He really is a dirty player been at it all game
Chez Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 They are a good side but no idea how you've picked up on that from today. They looked out of ideas against 10 men and just pumping hopeful balls into the box.only watched second half and they have stretched Leeds. I know they only have 10 men but its been one way traffic. Roberts is a real handful and then Kanu can beat a man all ends up. We will have our hands full.
Lighthouse Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I'm not watching it. I've got Sky, but it will kill me desperately clinging to the hope of Leeds getting a result, only to see Reading snatch an 88th minute winner and go top. Watching a repeat of Midsomer Murders instead. Only 4 minutes out, not bad. Just have to pray Barnsley can pull off a miracle and hope we don't f**k up tomorrow.
dune Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 It's nothing less than we expected. Barnsley is where the shock will be.
Crab Lungs Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading go top of the league and try and sing and Leeds fans just completely outsing them..
Fan The Flames Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading are the new Brighton! We are the new Brighton and Reading are the new Southampton.
Lighthouse Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 yes i would....promotion..its all about promotion did it bother me brighton won the league...for about 5 mins to be fair...if they win at brighton and at ours..then fair ******* play to them I'm the same really. Would be great to win the league, but who really gives a hoot in the ling run. Not too many Seagul fans on here talking about "champion-ese!!" any more, even though they won L1 last year.
Badger Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading are the new Brighton! Reading are the 2012 Huddersfield, leaping in front of us on Good Friday. Normality will be restored tomorrow !
Rasiak-9- Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 You'd be happy coming second to Reading after coming second to Brighton? Yes promotion is great, but it's not the way I'd dreamt of it. Come on guys, literally no-one cares about winning the bloody thing. It isn't a trophy. The Premiership, FA Cup and League Cup are the three trophies to be won each year. Lets all get behind Barnsley and then Saints!
Chez Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 It should be one way traffic at home to a tiring 10 men. Yet before the goal Leeds had the best chances and more efforts on target.can't be arsed to argue about how good or bad Reading have been. I've not seen them since we played them and they look as good now as they did then. Very strong and possibly too good for us in our own respective forms. If we play our best we can win, but anything below that and we'll have problems.
Thedelldays Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Well I for one hated having that poxy little club celebrate being champions instead of us. I've never seen Saints win a league. It's something I desperately want to see, and hopefully the managers and players care about 1st place far more than some on here. of course we care..stop being a fannie ffs there is not a great deal about it if we don't win it...if we don't win it, it won't be the end of the world and we still go up etc etc

VectisSaint Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I'm the same really. Would be great to win the league, but who really gives a hoot in the ling run. Not too many Seagul fans on here talking about "champion-ese!!" any more, even though they won L1 last year. Sad to see the attitude that you don't mind being 2nd best as long as we get to the league which we will never win. Its about being best in the league we are in first, and with that will come the promotion as well, fed up with always being 2nd best, desparately want us to win the League, it still hurts the previous 2 times as "best losers".

Thedelldays Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 you're the one that twisted it. all i've said is i want to win it and while 2nd is a great achievement, it would take the gloss off for me seeing us finish behind a poxy 'local' club for the second consecutive season. if we do, we do....do you think at the final whistle against walsall when everyone was on the pitch many even thought about the fact we came 2nd to come 2nd this season would be an utterly amazing achievement......not a lot we can do if another team go on winning 18 out of their last 20 matches or something. if they win at brighton and them win at ours...then fair play to them..that would be an amazing feat
Colinjb Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 You'd be happy coming second to Reading after coming second to Brighton? Yes promotion is great, but it's not the way I'd dreamt of it. Frankly, this time last year we were 2-0 down at home to the f££king franchise. To be in the top 2 right now is a dream regardless!!
