Bensfcno1 Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Hopefully Reading suffer from the manager of the month curse. However I can't see past a reading and West Ham win today, hope I'm wrong! Also going down memory lane........ My mum has just mentioned she got married 14 years ago on good Friday, to which I replied it 14 years on Easter Sarurday that we lost at home 1-0 (I think) to Wimbledon at the Dell!
trousers Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Today seems to be going so slowly! Getting very agitated here counting away the hours, nay minutes! I'm stealing myself for Reading and West Ham wins.
itchen_dan Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Gonna be a good day for us Saints fans I think. Leeds are inconsistent but I feel that they are due a decent performance after a couple of disappointing ones. Reading need to drop a few more points sooner or later so today may well be the day. Also feel that West Ham just cant handle the pressure. Here's hoping! Reading 2-2 Leeds Barnsley 2-1 WHU
toofarnorth Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Looking at Leeds last few away results, they've actually been ok. It's just at home they've been useless, so I have some hope of a draw there. Cant see past a West Ham win in the other game though.
Red and White Russ Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading 3-1 Leeds Utd Barnsley 1-2 West Ham Unfortunately!
farawaysaint Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Marching on together we're gonna see you win, shout it out loud we love you Leeds Leeds Leeds
Window Cleaner Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Marching on together we're gonna see you win, shout it out loud we love you Leeds Leeds Leeds Wouldn't count on it, apparently Leeds are pretty depleted, even have a couple suspended.
sussexsaint Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Bugger. I woke up this morning really excited for about 5 minutes before I realised it wasnt Saturday
Under Weststand Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I can't see anything other than Reading & West Hoof both winning. But of course I hope I'm wrong. I hate having to watch our opponents play before we do, It just increases the anxiety!
shurlock Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I can't see anything other than Reading & West Hoof both winning. But of course I hope I'm wrong. I hate having to watch our opponents play before we do, It just increases the anxiety! A tenner on that double returns you roughly £26.50 on skybet.
ohwhenthesaints Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I think if either of them drop points it will be Reading. Leeds and West Ham are both very good on the road.
petermcpete Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 The biggest game today by far is Basingstoke - Woking at the Camrose. KEEN.
student Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Leeds are missing 7 players from last weekend and have a virus in the squad, cant see them taking anything im afraid. Be better if the hammers drop points
S-Clarke Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Leeds are missing 7 players from last weekend and have a virus in the squad, cant see them taking anything im afraid. Be better if the hammers drop points Bugger. That's that then.
Dalek2003 Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 As long as Wham lose, not so worried about Reading.
trousers Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 It's just occurred to me that we will be still be showing as top of the league on the live table at kick-off time tomorrow as we will be on 1 point for the game at the start. OK, technically Reading will be above us until the end of the game (assuming they win today) but I think we can still legitimately sing that we're top of the league in 'real time'. :-)
James Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Leeds are missing 7 players from last weekend and have a virus in the squad, cant see them taking anything im afraid. Be better if the hammers drop points Are you sure? According to BBC they only make 3 changes and 2 of those are due to suspensions...so don't think the 7 missing players is true at all.
trousers Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Here we go then....Reading vs Leeds just kicked off
Fan The Flames Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Marching On Together! We're gonna see you winna na na na na naWe are so proud,We shout it out loudWe love you Leeds! Leeds! Leeds!
student Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 My dad is a big leeds fan, in the build up it sounded like 7 would be missing. So maybe they've just made it through to play. But if thats the case I cant imagine their fitness will be brilliant or they'll put in good performances, i live in hope though!
Crazy Diamond Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I already want to kill myself without a goal being scored, I can hear Leeds fans singing to that ****ing awful tune 'we're Leeds United, etc etc etc'
shurlock Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 F**k me:first time I've ever cheered michael brown.
trousers Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 No way was that a red ffs It looked like red from a distance but more like a yellow on the replay
dune Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I've got to say Reading do play like a Premier league side. Best team in this division IMO.
Thedelldays Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 tell you what, we could get proper caught out wide against reading given how narrow we can play... their wingers and their forwards hit the wide areas
Griffo Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading appear to now have a band at their games. What a pathetic smalltime club they really are.
James Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 I've got to say Reading do play like a Premier league side. Best team in this division IMO. Behave.
Appy Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Reading appear to now have a band at their games. What a pathetic smalltime club they really are. This. Leeds seem to be doing their best to get their whole team sent off.
Nigel=God-Poyet=Sod Posted 6 April, 2012 Posted 6 April, 2012 Keep your discipline Leeds ffs! Should have been 2 off!
