Phone swap/upgrade

Have a sim free Galaxy s2 but want a galaxy note, apparently theres lots of people who have bought these and find them too big? anyone know of a hassle free way to swap phones without going down the ebay sell/buy route.

I read some reviews about them and apparently the battery life is really poor. Cnet were quoting about 9 hours I think.

sort of same here jeff .. currently have htc desire .. mate has the note .. its bloody awesome! .. spare battery good idea and not a major problem .. anyone with ideas about the best contract deals out there?
