bender Posted 2 April, 2012 Posted 2 April, 2012 Anyone else get the feeling that we'll secure promotion when were not even playing. Before the weekend I thought Brighton would when theyre at home to Reading a week tomorrow. Now I think it will still be Brighton doing the honours but away to Wham the day after we play Reading.
kpturner Posted 2 April, 2012 Posted 2 April, 2012 You are assuming that we will secure promotion. Having witnessed the debacle at Blackpool first hand, the confidence has drained out of me a little. Hopefully it will be restored this weekend.

WHU realistically need to win 80-90% of their games, as we'll still pick up 6 or 7 pts minimum. The title is another kettle of fish though...

I bet if Man Utd had lost 6-1 to City this weekend instead of earlier in the season they would be feeling like sh1 te also

Clearly Brighton wont want to do us any favours - they actually have something to play for.

I bet Reading fans said that at Peterborough the other week.
pap Posted 2 April, 2012 Posted 2 April, 2012 Ah, North Stand Chat. I remember that. Used to visit it when Brighton were, y'know, relevant (ah, feck it - if they're going to call us arrogant - may as well have a pop!)

Used to visit it when Brighton were, y'know, relevant (ah, feck it - if they're going to call us arrogant - may as well have a pop!) TBH if we somehow dont go up I'll get over it. Didnt think we'd go up at the beginning of the season and we'll have another go next season. However, my worse nightmare would be losing to Brighton in the play off semi's after finishing 15 points above them or something.
