It was a poor performance from Saints yesterday, on a day when we missed Rickie (who wouldn't?) and psychologically knew that a defeat would do us no harm in terms West Ham making up ground because of their defeat.

Every team has off days. Just look at Man Utd, they are top of the league but have been beaten 3-0 away at Newcastle and at home to Blackburn, so everything is relative.

To be fair to the players, we haven't had many off days this season and that is why we are top. We are still top, still 6 points ahead of the play-off places and in a position that every team in the league would swap with at the drop of a hat.

Get Rickie fit for next week and get the 3 points and all will be forgiven for a bad day at the office.

Draw a blue line under it and move on because promotion is in our hands!

Great support yesterday from our fans, a credit to the club. COYR.
