CFSFC Posted 31 March, 2012 Author Posted 31 March, 2012 You still haven't explained the logic behind a man having an operation booked on Friday, to then train with a professional sports team the day before. Lambert was in training on Thursday. If he knew he was out for the rest of the season, he wouldn't be training the day before an operation. It would be pointless and potentially make the injury even worse. He would be resting in preparation for the operation. I'm intrigued as to how you will explain away that! I don't need to explain anything. I'm passing on what I've been told. I hope to be proved incorrect but I'm not lying. It's going to sound like boll*x now but apparently he was rushed up to London thursday night with a club physio.

Every post you have made in this thread is full of holes. Agreed. My mistake they flew Friday, my old man works at airport people on here know this to be correct and he 100% didn't fly. The second part is from a different source close to the medical team and the info is that someone from the squad was rushed into a op Thursday in london. The club are trying to keep this quiet, now based on the fact every other big player travelled we've put 2 and 2 together. like i say we shall see.

Wouldn't make any sense at all for him to train Thursday and then be rushed to London that evening for an Op. Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

S-Clarke Posted 31 March, 2012 Posted 31 March, 2012 It's true but let's not pretend the opposition don't get a huge boost if they see Lambert is out for us. It's a huge psychological boost for the oppo, for sure. But we've won games without him this season, and we will do again.
