Today's (other) Championship Games...

Delighted for Reading (and us!).

Extends the gap, allows us to slip up a little and the title more than likely goes down to the saints-reading game which would be brilliant. Both clubs deserve their success, good support and good young managers. WH just assumed they'd go up, don't seem to take any joy from it, little team spirit, fans not behind the manager, horrible tactics and unpleasant to watch. Can't wait to watch them in the playoffs! No pressure boys but we're in administration if you don't win.

A very nice summary indeed. I'm pleased to see Reading doing well, they always seem an honest club and a decent set of fans.

WHam are just nasty in every way. Horrid football.

Why are people happy with this result?

If the Hammers and us both won the gap to second would have been SIX points.

Now it can be a maximum of FIVE.

Are they doing maths lessons any more?

Because this leaves the maximum possible gap to the non-automatic promotion places.

Second place is promoted, third place is playoffs. The gap to third is what matters.

Common sense should be taught, never mind maths.

because I want the gap between saints and 3rd to be as big as possible...promotion first THEN worry about top spot...it has to be

It's about the gap to third, not second.

Additionally, West Ham are incredibly fragile right now. They lose this and that might be the end of any coherent challenge from them.

Not to mention it takes all the pressure off of the Reading game in terms of automatic promotion.

Carlton Cole has ****ed off, commentor said he's upset that Fat Sam pulled him off. I cant blame him, should have got Karen Brady to do it...........

Saw her on Sky News the other day, says she knows little to nothing about football and relies totally on BFS concerning players.
