The only aircraft I know of that is designed to leak fuel whilst on the ground. ( Due the fact that the fuselage panels would only seal properly once they had expanded due to the temperature generated by friction as it flew ).

Great aircraft and did i hear that they only fuel it with the proper fuel it runs on when it's airbourne.

Because of the fuselage sealing issue, they could only fuel it up fully in mid-air, once the whole structure had heated up and stabilised.
