Got an awful feeling the skates will stay up.

Me too. Everyone seems to assume they will go down easily with a whimper, but they have as easy a run in as you could wish for with many very winnable games and are seemingly under no pressure due to everyone writing them off

Even if they do, their prospects for 2012/13 don't look good even if they stay in business. With Charlton/Sheff Weds/Sheff Utd/Huddersfield etc coming up, Pompey would face another relegation battle with a squad even weaker than they have had this season.

As some of us have been saying for ages, they've still got a half decent first team squad compared to some towards the bottom of this league. They're still showing that cheating pays.

Yes, but they will bang on about their 'Great Escape' and with no money and -10 points.

Anyone else getting this annoying popping noise every few seconds on the radio stream for the West Ham game?

That'd be the bubbles popping. I believe they contain the West Ham fans dreams of promotion...

Come on Posh. Gutted that Skates 2-0 if they win tonight then they really are **** if dont stay up given the other bottom 4 cant win enough games. Posh need to win so Saints can bag 3 points at Blackpool and start to get a grip on the title. Can we have 2 West Ham players sent off mr Ref!

Irrespective of the Wham goal, KUMB fans are bemoaning BFSam for making two defensive changes, only one forced, when they only have one striker on the pitch. Seemingly Vaz Te could prove a key signing for them though...

No surprise West Ham winning tonight, it was pretty much a banker. Would prefer West Ham lost on Saturday, better to have a 6 point gap.

It's still incredibly in our hands.

Don't think we should be paying too much attention to West Hams matches or results.

Look after ourselves and they, and Reading, haven't got a hope.

Does mean that there's no chance of us relaxing at all.
absolutely. This promotion is along way from being secured. Exciting!

I dont really understand why so many people are getting overly excited at West Ham winning at the fortress that is Peterbro......thats the Peterbro we still have to go to isn't it ?

They are 6 points behind us now, same number of games, play Reading on Saturday both of whom have much harder run ins than us.

Relax, nobody seriously thought it would be so easy that we would be 12 points clear of third on Saturday night surely.....
