Tony Husband will be interviewing Nicola Cortese tomorrow at Staplewood. There's going to be a feature on the new training ground construction too.

On South Today tomorrow night?

Exciting. He doesn't speak too often, he likes to keep in the background, but when he does speak he says things that make us stand up and listen - because he means what he says.

Will be interesting to see what he thinks now, as we sit on the cusp of executing the 5 year plan within 3 years.

Interesting, we have hardly heard from NC all season. It would actually be good to hear from him now and again, he seems to have taken much more of a back seat since we were promoted last season.

Will be interesting to hear what he says, when Nicola speaks you tend to listen.

I think the 5YP will have been executed if we're in the Premiership in two years time. I just hope year five isn't spent trying to get back into the Premiership!

The 5 year plan they talked about was about more than just the position of the first team. With the training ground coming along nicely, the new ticketing system coming into force and the Saints Foundation hitting it's £1million target already, it looks set to be complete pretty soon though.

Can't wait to hear the interview, will it be on Solent as well as South Today? I don't have a telly you see.

However, I do have SaintsPlayer and presumably the interview will be going up on there as well. D'oh.

His last two were put up on the beeb (as linked above) so wouldn't be surprised if this one is as well.

While good to hear from him, perhaps not the best time? Keep in the background til we're up!

Could it be that the End of Year Accounts for the period July 2010 to June 2011 for Company DMWSL 613 (Dickson Minto WS Lawyers) are due to be published at Company House at the end of this month.

From what I can remember that year will include :- Death of Markus; Sacking of AP; Payoff for AP; Signing of Nigel; Long term contract for Nigel; Adam etc. The only major signing was Guly (Cork came in this year) I think.

I expect the usual 20 or so Anti-Nicola lot will come out from under their stones with their usual negative comments and the Skate supporters will tell us that 2 + 2 = 50 million etc.

IMO this interview with Nicola about the Plans for the Training (+ implied funding of the Club) will counter any "negative spin" that the Anti lot put on the Accounts.

We could point them to that Swiss Ramble article, but there are an awful lot of words in there, and some of them are quite long.

Que the FBI behavoural analysts on here saying that his body language wasnt right and that this means he has a hidden agenda in respect of his or the Liebherr's committment to the club.

Unfortunately, owing to Lee Bradbury's sacking, South Today were a bit pre-occupied. The interview with Cortese and presser about the training ground has been rescheduled for next week.

no interview great.

checked his twitter and he's said:

#saintsfc the presser to show the new training ground building work off has been cancelled, we hope to revisit it later this week."We don't have the feature including Nicola Cortese today, it was cancelled this morning. Hoping to be do it later this week."

What is meant by "presser"? Genuine question.

On Sunday my wife was at a corporate dinner with some of the major sponsors and the Premiership was being discussed . Over the after dinner drinks some wise guy asked NC what will the supporters get out of Saints entering the world of premiership football. To the amazement of everyone it was replied a free seat .....

Apparently all of the seating at St Marys is being replaced during the close season and if fans can prove that they were at the last game of the season they can have that seat free as if to say " I was there when we played our last NPC game " all of the details will be released exactly one week after this dinner .. Save your ticket stubs if you are going is all I can say

Why would saints do this? The current seats are perfectly serviceable, so apart from changing any for a new sponsor, what a waste of money.

I mean for that sort of cash you could probably pay Tal Haim's wages for a week!

I've always thought St Mary's would look good with red and white striped seating all the way around (so it looks similar to when they do the mosiac thing with the cards at big games). Having said that, it doesn't really make too much difference when the ground is full.

Maybe theyre installing comfy leather seats ala Brighton at the Amex?

Make the seats more comfy so that people sit on them more. TBH if I get mine at the end of the season then at home it may be the first time I have ever sat on it

I wonder what extra revenue NC can generate if we go up. Our kit deal and sponsorship of kit don't run out so i guess we will have to wait a while to cash in on those...

lol. I suspect there is a good chance that he will have factored this in to the deal from day 1. If he hasn't how the hell did he ever succeed in business :~/

Hopefully we did, i don't know too much about our current sponsors. You can get good money from premiership exposure so fingers crossed we did and that increases nicely next season.

I hope he joins the squad for summer training with his initialed track suit. Proper Chairman.
