...is spreading:

Northampton manager Aidy Boothroyd has explained the secret of his success since taking charge at Sixfields. He told BBC Northampton: "It's about getting the right people on the bus, getting them in the right seats and making sure you have a driver who knows where he's going."

Anyway it's no use having everybody on the bus and in the right seats if you don't have good players who work very, very hard.

That seems to be his latest catch phrase.

What about the Adkins bingo game? Saw it on Twitter and you win bingo if he says any of the following sentences post-match:

'We were trying to get control of the football'

'The players worked very very hard in training and you can see that on the pitch'

'We're all pulling in the same direction'

'Its not just about 11 players but about using the whole squad'

'Its a good 3 points, yes, but we draw a line under it and move onto the next one'

And so on!

2.09 'when we win we don't get too high... and when we lose we don't get too low.'

Although this novel notion has yet to catch on with the majority of supporters. They're on the bus, they're good supporters who work very, very hard by going to a lot of games but the too high/too low principle remains largely unapplied as yet.

what about ..?

analyse the DVD, look at the rights and wrongs, put the game to bed ...and move on to the next on saturday...

(He) looks very good in training, but this is a hard side to get into, there's lots of competition...

And will more than likely stay that way forever more...

haha I will take credit for this one. God Fridays do drag at work. Anyway, I did the bingo game for his interview today on the OS. I went for:

1. Pass the football

2. Don’t under estimate the opposition. (A home banker with the match against DonnY0

3. One game at a time.

Maybe it should become a real competition.... with Guly hosting, Adam Blackmore as the voice over. Anyway I got 2/3. So who's going to place their bets for the post match interview after the Donny game? Maybe extend it to 5 to make it harder?

1. Draw a blue line under this game

2. It was a great finish from Guly

3. Very hard working football club

4. Everyone is pulling in the same direction

5. Control the controllable
