Pimpey tickets

If the sunshine is anything to go by the fairweather walk up for tomorrow will be quite big especially as we haven't played at home for 2 weeks and have won 2 away in that time. A lot of people will see this as an easy win game for a team that will appear to be waltzing towards promotion and one to which they can turn up to without the hassle of if being Pompey.

Bear in mind that our next hame game after that is a tv evening game on 13th April, so another one that's not as suitable for our younger supporters. Reckon we'll see a lot of families there tomorrow. I'm lucky that my mate can't go so my son is borrowing his season ticket, but if I was a Dad looking for a game to take my kids to in the next few weeks it would without question be this one.

I guess it depends on the thoughts of the people going. If I was in old blighty I'd take my lads to the Donny game, purchasing 3 tickets but would not let them go to the Pimpley game for their own safety (they're too young) and would only buy 1 ticket for myself. I reckon there may be a few who will be doing this, plus some that may not go at all because they'd not feel safe enough (which wouldn't surprise me as they seem a lot more bitter and intent on causing trouble than when we played them in the EPL games).

Either way it's up to them and I'm not going to judge people for turning up to the cheap Lambrusco game like Donny and but not the Champagne game.

The irony of this is that you won't get a safer game than the Pompey game as there is no chance of either set of fans coming into contact with each other. If any did they know they'll go to prison so no-one is that stupid.

I'm not judging anyone. Doncaster at home isn't exactly a glamour game. Just surprised its panned out this way that's all. Worked out perfectly for the club in terms of making money out of ticket sales.

Top of the league, realistic chance of winning the bloody thing and only 4 home games left. Should we really need to encourage ticket sales for Doncaster?
