Dr Who? Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 could we actually officially relegate pompey...? If Bristol City get their finger out!
Window Cleaner Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 6 points adrift at the moment I think, with 8 games left. They certainly wont be giving up and hopefully going all out to win their remaining games. With the game in hand that a few of their rivals have +6 points from 8 would be a biggy. They need to win tonight at least and they probably will but Forest have picked up of late, since they got Dexter back I think.
The Cat Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 I don't think WHU have played badly though. Not sure that matters to their fans!
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 We just need to keep it calm in the 2nd half, getting a 2nd would be helpful. ...........but what we don't want to do is conceed.............
Leicestersaint Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 It's a shame about Puncheon - I thought he might deliver the goods tonight.
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 It's a shame about Puncheon - I thought he might deliver the goods tonight. I don't think he's benefiting from being left out for weeks, then brought back, then left out again etc. - same with chappers. Shame we can only have 5 on the bench, would stop this situation.
Lighthouse Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 With the game in hand that a few of their rivals have +6 points from 8 would be a biggy. They need to win tonight at least and they probably will but Forest have picked up of late, since they got Dexter back I think. It doesn't matter how likely it is, it's the fact that they have a chance and will keep trying. If Leeds go an a great run of form and stuff Reading, but still miss out on the playoffs by 5 points, that's fine by me.
Raging Bull Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Thats what I like to see.....the front 2 putting immense pressure on the keepers gloves!
SNSUN Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 I don't think WHU have played badly though. Played quite well, more attacking than Boro BUT... they didn't score. How many times have teams said "We were good in the first half and poor in the second." Clutching at straws perhaps, but they don't have Tomkins, and Boro can be a good team at times. Come on Jutkiewicz!
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Robert Koren off. Aaron Mclean on. All out attack for them
graveworm Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 I don't think he's benefiting from being left out for weeks, then brought back, then left out again etc. - same with chappers. Shame we can only have 5 on the bench, would stop this situation. That may be true, however he is not producing the goods by the looks of things........Considering what a prat he made himself look, I would have thought he would come up with a bit more
patred44 Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Thats what I like to see.....the front 2 putting immense pressure on the keepers gloves! lets get some movement going this half
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Morgan tries a long-range effort. No harm on this surface, could take a wicked bobble.
The Cat Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 I think we'll see Hammond on for Puncheon in a while and stick Cork on the right.
Gingeletiss Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Coys ! another goal please ! I'm not moving past this post, so carry on guys!
Under Weststand Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Come on Saints lets put this game to bed don't want another nervous 45+ mins but suspect it will be a real nail biter.
Dr Who? Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Stop with the breasts, or I will be banned from my wife coming on here.....queue loads of breasts, thanks lads!
KelvinsRightGlove Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Things looking good, surely more twists to come yet tonight! COYS
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Joshua King having a good game so far. Giving Fox a nightmare.
Window Cleaner Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 King sounds alright, perhaps the type of player we should look at for next season.
ALWAYS_SFC Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 I`m sure the taters make it sound worse than it actually is...
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 He's got to be injured, because that's a bizzare sub.
saints_is_the_south Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 Strange sub from Adkins there. Sounds like Guly has played well, whilst Puncheon has been poor.
S-Clarke Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 "got to be tactical"...says Dave If it was tactical i'd have put hammond on and filled the midfield. It makes no sense! He has to have a knock, only thing that explains it.

Liquidshokk Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 "Why didnt they pull Guly off at HT" Didnt know they got that sort of treatment at HT
Lighthouse Posted 20 March, 2012 Posted 20 March, 2012 That's one way of nicking grapefruit from Tesco.
