Millwall V Saints Match Thread!

SOTONS EAST SIDE

Recommended Posts

We need 2 separate match threads.

One for those that are willing to wait for the full time whistle before passing judgement and one for negative knobheads who think the worst anyway.

Someone point out to me where it says in the rules you arent allowed to elaborate in a negative direction on the consequence of the current score.

There is so much bandwagon-jumping on the match threads on here, tear up anyone who dares make a negative comment.

I notice DellDays is permitted bizarrely to say "we will never score tonight" all through a match though.

Deano off for Sharp.

I'd imagine we'll go with Morgan sitting, Guly at the tip in behind Lambert and Sharp, with Lallana and De Ridder on the flanks.

Let's pepper them.

Hammond must have been having such an influential game in all his output that Adkins has decided to sub him?!

I might come across as a bit anti towards Hammond, but I genuinely think he is not at the same level as the rest of the team.

Watched him closely v Ipswich, the man was a non footballing entity all game.

Dont understand why Adkins perseveres with him. Reminds me of burley and jermaine wright!

One is making a comment about today only, the other is writing off the rest of the season

Surprised you can't spot the difference

Our performances against Ipswich,Leeds, and i include last week against Barnsley, were very lacklustre in many ways.

The strong possibility, if we continued in the same vain, was that we would lose very soon.

Still time to turn it around or get something from the game...but on recent performances, it will be tough.

We played excellent against Barnsley.

As soon as we lose alpine starts the wrist slitting. *sigh*

And what wrist slitting is that ? Pointing out this is the easiest of our next 4 games, especially the 3 away, and that if this is a sign of our achivement over that run of games auto promotion is gone ?

I consider that to be a statement of fact, not hysteria or manic depression.

But you know football is not that straight forward. (or do you, because your lack of football knowledge is quite galling at times)

We'll lose games that you don't expect us to, and we'll win games that people give us no chance in.

Trust me.
