Amazing Hangover Posted 21 March, 2012 Share Posted 21 March, 2012 Mix the eggs and milk first (then season) and leave for half an hour. Sift in the flour. Use lard. Use a heavy pan, obviously stinking hot out the oven and held over the high gas hob till smoking. 25 mins at 180 do not touch it. Serve immediately.
