chocco boxo Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Will the aptly named Blue Few sell all their seats for the sha la la la game! I say 450 short!
fish fingers Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 They might sell out but reckon a few might not make the journey.
Saint_John Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 They might sell out but reckon a few might not make the journey. Well their os says a 1000 have bought tickets to the game but NOT a coach ticket. Around 1,000 supporters who have bought tickets to the match have yet to purchase coach travel. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Important-Southampton-Travel-Info-3222.aspx

Thedelldays Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 lets be honest...of course they will sell out. also, they will have far more fans ignoring the "bubble" and make their way into southampton to stir it up
jasoneuelllfanclub Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 How have their fans been allowed to buy tickets with buying coach ticket then? Sure we had to buy coach ticket at same time as match ticket.
70's Mike Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 How have their fans been allowed to buy tickets with buying coach ticket then? Sure we had to buy coach ticket at same time as match ticket. NO coach tickets straight from coach company not organized by club
Thedelldays Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 How have their fans been allowed to buy tickets with buying coach ticket then? Sure we had to buy coach ticket at same time as match ticket. it is going to be chaos in town.........possibly their last trip to a saints game for a massively long time...if at all
doddisalegend Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 it is going to be chaos in town.........possibly their last trip to a saints game for a massively long time...if at all Quite nothing to stop them kicking off and going out in a blaze of glory (pitch invasion anyone) .... after all a banning order isn't much of a deterant when you no longer have a club to support
jasoneuelllfanclub Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 NO coach tickets straight from coach company not organized by club will they only get match ticket when onboard coach then?
70's Mike Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 will they only get match ticket when onboard coach then? apparently but who knows with that shambles
saintchrissy Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 how can they afford the coaches or was our club being cheap by using buses?
paulwantsapint Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Will be a great day out for anyone who wants to see the finest police German shepherds & police horses on parade
Tom8558 Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Will be a great day out for anyone who wants to see the finest police German shepherds & police horses on parade This. Perhaps the half time entertainment will consist of horse racing?
saints_is_the_south Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 One assumes they will still not be given their match tickets until they board the coach even if they have to book the coach travel separately?
chocco boxo Posted 14 March, 2012 Author Posted 14 March, 2012 The fair is in town that weekend? Pikeys and caravans everywhere!
marc_saint Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 One assumes they will still not be given their match tickets until they board the coach even if they have to book the coach travel separately? Nope they already have their tickets when they buy them. However a condition of entry is that they arrive via the official coaches. Although there are 1000 that are still to get coach tickets. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Important-Southampton-Travel-Info-3222.aspx?
suewhistle Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 They've got to get the coach tickets by the 2nd April. What's the betting some don't and then kick off when they aren't given their tickets, hopefully in Portsmouth. No coach company would let the club handle cash on their behalf as it would just disappear into the bottomless pit.
The9 Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 it is going to be chaos in town.........possibly their last trip to a saints game for a massively long time...if at all I can't imagine any of them will be bothered, frankly. None of them bothered coming out of the pub to wave at the coaches on the way to Fratton, why the hell would they come down to Southampton to cause trouble when they could do it any day of the week ?

What a massive shock that Portsmouth don't think the rules (this time of bubble trips) apply to them...

Just read the article and am amused by this in the list of prohibited items: Musical instruments, i.e. Bell Good idea to spell it out for the f^cker
The9 Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 ummm...dunno, what else is on that day...? West Quay is open, maybe there will be a German market. What else is there ?
The9 Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Incidentally, have we sold out yet ? We usually struggle to, due to the number of people who can't be bothered with the potential aggravation.
Thedelldays Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 West Quay is open, maybe there will be a German market. What else is there ? why do they all come anyway? why don't 3000 pompey folk come any day of the week.. why do 3000 pompey folk get kettled on their way from the train station....? surely they all don't want to visit west quay at the same time...? what are the chances of 2000 saints fans, all heading to gun wharf tomorrow...mostly wearing red and white,?

marc_saint Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 it says on that article Match tickets will only be issued to supporters once they are on board their coach. same as us then Ah yes didnt see that. Would be funny to see 1,000 empty seats in their section.
Sour Mash Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Incidentally, have we sold out yet ? We usually struggle to, due to the number of people who can't be bothered with the potential aggravation. Only just properly gone on sale to be fair, plus have to buy with a Donny ticket (as I'm sure you're aware), but don't think they're selling that quick, block 3 still available today. We'll sell out no problems though.
Saints Warrior Posted 16 March, 2012 Posted 16 March, 2012 I hope Skates go but before the game, perhaps sewage will leak into fratton park and a bill of £800,000 to clean up will bankrupt them. The police should ban the 1,000 not with coach tickets and then ban all Skates. I will swap 3 points not to have any dirty smelly skate in our sterile area. The Blue few are soon to become The blue none..
jawillwill Posted 16 March, 2012 Posted 16 March, 2012 I will swap 3 points not to have any dirty smelly skate in our sterile area Strange. Very strange.
Dr Who? Posted 16 March, 2012 Posted 16 March, 2012 The will pack out their end just as well as we did for their crappy gaff. The bubble puts a lot off, but I really do think they will be looking to cause havoc in the ground.
patred44 Posted 17 March, 2012 Posted 17 March, 2012 It's their new campaign following on from Pack the Park.. THIS IS CALLED 'PICKET THE TICKETS'
