Saint_John Posted 14 March, 2012 Share Posted 14 March, 2012 They might sell out but reckon a few might not make the journey. Well their os says a 1000 have bought tickets to the game but NOT a coach ticket. Around 1,000 supporters who have bought tickets to the match have yet to purchase coach travel. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Important-Southampton-Travel-Info-3222.aspx

marc_saint Posted 14 March, 2012 Share Posted 14 March, 2012 One assumes they will still not be given their match tickets until they board the coach even if they have to book the coach travel separately? Nope they already have their tickets when they buy them. However a condition of entry is that they arrive via the official coaches. Although there are 1000 that are still to get coach tickets. http://www.portsmouthfc.co.uk/LatestNews/news/Important-Southampton-Travel-Info-3222.aspx? suewhistle Posted 14 March, 2012 Share Posted 14 March, 2012 They've got to get the coach tickets by the 2nd April. What's the betting some don't and then kick off when they aren't given their tickets, hopefully in Portsmouth. No coach company would let the club handle cash on their behalf as it would just disappear into the bottomless pit.

None of them bothered coming out of the pub to wave at the coaches on the way to Fratton, why the hell would they come down to Southampton to cause trouble when they could do it any day of the week ? We usually struggle to, due to the number of people who can't be bothered with the potential aggravation. Only just properly gone on sale to be fair, plus have to buy with a Donny ticket (as I'm sure you're aware), but don't think they're selling that quick, block 3 still available today. We'll sell out no problems though.
Saints Warrior Posted 16 March, 2012 Share Posted 16 March, 2012 I hope Skates go but before the game, perhaps sewage will leak into fratton park and a bill of £800,000 to clean up will bankrupt them. The police should ban the 1,000 not with coach tickets and then ban all Skates. I will swap 3 points not to have any dirty smelly skate in our sterile area.
