Sorry if this has been asked before but just wondered if it's possible for someone to collect my tickets from the ticket office with my ID and me not there?

I have done it before. The only proof of id they required was that I knew my (his) account number and address. In fact, I didn't know the address so I phoned him and asked him ( in front of the ticket agent ) and they didn't bat an eyelid. Just handed over the tickets (Brighton away).

You referring to your Skate tickets?

If so, I doubt you could. My old man collected his yesterday and had to provide photo ID and the card he booked the tickets with.

Thanks for that, i'd not even thought about taking ID, best remember to put my driving licence in my wallet.

Think it is luck of the draw. Picked up extra tickets bought on my season ticket after the tuesday night game, armed with ID ,visa card etc, but in the end only had to give the order reference number and answer 'yes' to 'Are you Mr Tone?

My wife always collects my tickets as she works near the ground. I asked on the TO phone and they said it would be fine for her to collect with no ID.
