Airline Tax

Anyone who has to fly for work, has it paid for by their employer, which is in turn paid for by their 'customers'... not really any different. MEP's have a job to do, they have to fly for it, and if that meant that they weren't allowed to discuss taxes or anything that may also impacts upon how they do their job, then it would be silly.

 

I'll say again, for clarity, that I'm not saying this tax itself is a 'good thing' but you need to separate the issues if you want to debate them properly.
