You'd want ground zero to be further North West somewhere around Buckland, that way you could take out Cosham and most of Gosport too.

The Dong Feng 2 would be a good option, but evacuation of anyone from the east of Hamble would be needed. We may have to put up with some collateral damage, but it would rid us all of Portsea and it's inhabitants forever. The B-61 would offer similar levels of devastation but far more localised.

It was interesting trying to find as big a fireball as possible on Coventry, but after realising that would then involve atomising my cat, I decided against it as viable entertainment.
