The9 Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Guhhhhhhhhhh. Worse, I got rid of McCartney from my FF team a couple of weeks ago.
SNSUN Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Balls. Who said just mere weeks ago that Cardiff are a danger to us? ;-)
Thedelldays Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Cracking result for west ham. You have to admit Huge week again coming up
James Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 2-0 Cardiff so poor don't know why we were worried. God I hate west ham
Micky Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 No surprise really. Cardiff really do look pants. A single decent free kick, other than that they look like the away side. Sent from my HTC Desire using Tapatalk
Saintjersey Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Silver lining is that Cardiff are pretty much out of the race now.
sfc4prem Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Cracking result for west ham. You have to admit Huge week again coming up I think our result against Leeds was far better.
Avenue Saint Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 for a team playing at HOME, Cardiff look shocking!
hutch Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Most international games are pretty poor these days tbf
The9 Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 TBH we should be at the point where anyone outside the top 5 is out of it, or the capitulation required to finish below them would put us out of it irrespective. West Ham, Reading, Brum, Blackpool are probably the threats and in that order.
Lord Duckhunter Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Let's face it West Ham are going up. I listened to the start of their game on the way home from my game this moring and Steve Claridge said that with the squad and quality they have, they should be a shoe in and be 10 points clear by now.I agree with him.Personally I think it's West Ham plus us or Reading.

So West Ham have a divine right to go up?
Pedro Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Gone past worrying about other teams, it's all down to us to throw away, no chance of that although hard game on tuesday but feel we can win home matches and get enough away points to go up. COYS.

Not sure it's that clean-cut tbh. I think top spot is ours to keep tbh.
Saint_Ash Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 We beat Reading and we're promoted imo. All in our own hands.
thorpie the sinner Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 We have paid the price for Cardiff getting to cup final!! They were shocking today, totally toothless! West Ham weren't much better and both goals were jokes, really **** defending!
Lord Duckhunter Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 So West Ham have a divine right to go up? No, I never said that. I just think they'll go up and with a few points to spare.
Noodles34 Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 So West Ham have a divine right to go up? at what point did he say that? West Ham are a ****ing certainty, once people get used to that then maybe we can concentrate on Saints going up. God, the people on here are a right bunch of knobs sometimes, cant see beyond red and white stripes, i mean, our away win at Leeds was better someone said!!! How? The way we played or the fact that Leeds have lost half their home games anyway and Cardiff are about 5 or 6 points behind them!!
eelpie Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Pity, but not unexpected. Thank goodness Palarse ended our League Cup run and Millwall ended our FA cup run. We would be simliarly fooked . I have sympathy with Cardiff though, not that I like them.
warsash saint Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Makes yesterdays result so much more important!
Appy Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 at what point did he say that? West Ham are a ****ing certainty, once people get used to that then maybe we can concentrate on Saints going up. The way we played or the fact that Leeds have lost half their home games anyway and Cardiff are about 5 or 6 points behind them!! Yes some people are knobs as your point proved. How are they a certainty? Their home form has been ropey, if they lose at home to Reading, we keep up our recent form, they are far from nailed on. I personally think they will go up but the way you are saying it they have it wrapped up.
Saint Garrett Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 They have the best players 'on paper' and they should go up, but nothing is a certainty. They're hardly going and spanking sides are they, just grinding out results, and then they drop points in games which you expect them to win, they're far from nailed on.
The9 Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 We beat Reading and we're promoted imo. All in our own hands. Try that theory if we win against Reading and lose the other 11.

I personally think they will go up but the way you are saying it they have it wrapped up. they have it wrapped up as much as we do, thats my point really, people on here go "yeah, saints are going up etc" and then dismiss a team thats gone to two rivals and beaten each of them by two goals ffs. Yeah, they drew the palace, we lost to Bristol....
captainchris Posted 4 March, 2012 Posted 4 March, 2012 Two teams playing a practice match..........Cardiff were woeful - WHU not much better but even Coventry would have beaten Cardiff today.....Think we can forget about Cardiff now at least.........
