A lot of results today which could be almost as important as our trip to Elland Road.

Barnsley vs. Forest

Brum vs. Derby

Palace vs. Posh

Donny vs. Brighton

Ipswich vs. Bristol

Foxes vs. Coventry

Millwall vs. Reading

Pompey vs. Boro

Watford vs. Burnley

The teams I want to win are in bold. Millwall - Reading is the biggest one in there IMO. It has the added bonus of moving Millwall further clear of the drop zone should they win. Can't decide on Pompey's match. I want both teams to lose really, although I don't see Boro as that serious a challenge for the autos.

No they're really not....

I wouldn't write them off yet. They have a game in hand & play us at home. Potential 6 point swing. Definately want them to get beat.

Can someone quickly clarify the posting rules for me, for a non-Saints matchday thread?

In other words, do nuns and trolley dollies still have an effect on the results, so they go in Saints' favour, or do they only work when Saints are playing?

Thanks.

Spoke to a Boro fan the other day, he can't see them going up this season, says they're far too inconsistent. You never know though, look at Reading last season. They put together a run similar to Norwich but had to settle for the play-offs in the end.

So they get further ahead of Pompey?

Pompey are going bust anyway so it does not matter if they win, lose or draw, if teams get points against them they will be taken away from them, they will infact do us a favour as WH will lose 6 points.

No goals in the Championship after 10 mins

In other news, Jimmy Bullard suspended from Ipswich squad due to reporting late back to training this week after a night out in Newcastle

I take it the empty seats are due to the fact that the first 30 in were press-ganged into either playing or being stewards?

Brum are 5 points behind if they win today and we lose bu they'll still have a game in hand.

The last time I looked, I remember that Brum's away record was actually worse than ours. Still think Reading are the main threat right now.
