In our hands...

Legod Third Coming

This weekend's fixtures are MASSIVE.

If they go the right way (we win, Hammers lose) the tide has turned again and the future is entirely in our hands.

We'd be five points clear and they'd only have a game in hand.

Taking off my red and white specs, this would be a more accurate reflection of our genuine class and season form.

BRING IT ON!!! :D

Normally I'd expect Cardiff to do well, but it's a big comedown after last weekend and I think WH might take advantage.

More concerned about our own game. Solid Leeds side with Warnock's first home game. If we manage to win that I'll 100% believe we're going up. Massive test, just really don't want them to lose it.

I think we may come unstuck this weekend, but then win 4 of our next 5 with a draw at Hull.

Away to Cardiff and us away at leeds. two score draws i reckon.

Nah, WH will get some sort of spawny win with a goal that goes in off the refs backside after having two men sent off for fighting with each other. Both reds will then be rescinded for some spurious reason. Guess we'll just have spank Leeds.

Talking about which, how is Rob Green playing when he got a straight red two weeks ago?? I went away he was banned for three games, I watch the League Show and he's in goal!!

Well if the Skates managed a scoreless draw and other than Doncaster win all the top teams have beaten them at Ellen Road, we need to get a decent result. See they've just signed Danny Webber to make our chances more difficult

Many twists and turns to come with many unexpected results for all the teams still in the running. This league has shown time and time again to be unpredictable so I don't think anyone can say it's their hands at this stage. One thing for sure though, it will be a skid mark producing run in.

Red card was rescinded on appeal.

And it was only a one match ban for denying a goalscoring opportunity not violent conduct in the first place.

Every weekends fixtures from now on are significant. There is nothing particularly MASSIVE about this weekend other than it may be more significant than last weekend but equally less significant than the following weekend. By the time we get to play Reading I think that we can start talking about MASSIVE (if we are both still in the top 3).

All we can do is win our games. Can't help anything else that happens. Although it would be nice if Cardiff beat West Ham this weekend - just to put a dent in their confidence going into this run-in of theirs.

Well we can't do anything at all, extending that logic. We can no more influence the Saints result then the Cardiff one, all we can do is speculate. But to mention that is to undermine most of what goes on on a football forum.

I was speaking of the club, not just the people on this forum! I'm not sure an XI consisting of forum members would be able to beat Leeds ;)
