oldsarum Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 True there is an away section, but I would of thought that was for chit chat about pubs travel etc. rather than notifying people that tickets for games go on sale tomorrow Loads of people missed out on tickets for Brighton as didn't realise tickets were on sale, so it's surely important to bring it to peoples attention on main board
Saint Garrett Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 I never look on the away forum. Is people going to away games not related to saints or something? Might go to this one, need to find out if there is a train back to Sheffield after the game though.

Decided to do Millwall, then stay in London that night (taking in the David Hockney exhibition), then on to Hull on Sunday. A day exploring Spurn Point on Monday and home to zunny Zummerset on Wednesday.

ladysaint Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 What a shame some of you dont use the away forum, there is quite a lot of useful information on there when it comes to saving money on travelling to games, cheap pubs, spare tickets, car shares etc.

kpturner Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 Bit disappointing that you cannot fly from Southampton to Humberside. Is the nearest airport (connected to Southampton) Leeds/Bradford?

LGTL Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 This could be the only game I'll miss all season, and it's the only Championship ground I've not done. Typical.
Jack Posted 28 February, 2012 Share Posted 28 February, 2012 Were staying the night, on the hunt for some dirty northern crumpet. ...and three points of course. Double-bagging is highly recommenced in Hull. Go drinking in Old Town, much better bars there and less c*nts. Barracuda is good and cheap on a weeknight. There's a club called Pozition not too far from there, IIRC that is the place that stays open latest on a weeknight.
