That sort of attitude isn't accepted at Saints these days - think positive! First one with ball should hold onto it, run down the stairs and pass it onto someone else to run along the front with (the first person could even run the full distance if he/she wanted). Make this happen.

This current game is stupid because the majority of folks in the Kingsland haven't heard a word old Baldy has been whittering about!! So the race is on and nipper is down the touchline chasing a wayward ball, meanwhile in the stand a giant ball hits Charlie in the head he thinks way hey you can bloody well have that back!! And it instantly goes backwards!

 

Bring back the relay, with tiddlers of all shapes and sizes you have no idea where it will end up, and a chance to score in front of the Northam how great is that, in fact people had latched on the race and the noise was getting louder each week: how great must that be for a kid, who will probably never in their lives again, be cheered on by 20 odd thousand people.
