the wedge Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Got through on the 01271 number after 10 minutes. Said tickets are available everywhere except Northam.
gazzzza Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 oh yes, oh yes, 15 mins on hold on the 01271 number and bingo, skate thrashing here we come !!!!!!
dune Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Got through on the 01271 number after 10 minutes. Said tickets are available everywhere except Northam. It's amusing really as the Northam is the worst stand in the ground to be in if you want to see/laugh at the away fans, and that is a major part of the appeal of this fixture.
Asaint4ever Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Got my 2 tickets in itchen corner! Gonna wave my notes at the skates! Can't wait....
SuperMikey Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Block 1 Row HH - going to be right on top of the f*ckers! Brilliant!
dune Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Block 1 Row HH - going to be right on top of the f*ckers! Brilliant! Oh FFS.
SuperMikey Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Oh FFS. I'll hold your hand if you get nervous about being away from your computer screen for too long Dune
dune Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 I'll hold your hand if you get nervous about being away from your computer screen for too long Dune That's all we need, chunk from the goonies and his bracelets.
SuperMikey Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 That's all we need, chunk from the goonies and his bracelets. I suppose you're a bit nawty, are you?
Sour Mash Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 It's amusing really as the Northam is the worst stand in the ground to be in if you want to see/laugh at the away fans, and that is a major part of the appeal of this fixture. The Northam must be 80% season ticket holders at least, not really a surprise therefore, that the remaining tickets sold so quickly.
Tom8558 Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 just walked up to the ticket office. had one person in the queue? dunno what everyone's complaining about?
Mouldy Coat Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 The return of the itchen north, it will be fookin rockin. If we do go up, thank god it should mean blocks 1-3 reopen and I can return back to my spiritual home
sammysaint Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 jesus getting up at 8am and queuing for over a hour for nothing expect getting a granted ticket in kingsland north, next to each other. Forgot itchen north would be open, cant wait to for next season and get my home tickets back there.
Saint_Jonny Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 The return of the itchen north, it will be fookin rockin. If we do go up, thank god it should mean blocks 1-3 reopen and I can return back to my spiritual home amen to that! I've been getting tickets in the Northam / Northam Kingsland corner for years now, hope blocks 1-4 are loud and proud come the 7th like they were a few years ago.
SuperMikey Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 amen to that! I've been getting tickets in the Northam / Northam Kingsland corner for years now, hope blocks 1-4 are loud and proud come the 7th like they were a few years ago. You can be sure me and my mate will leave SMS with shredded throats as we have been all season. Need to make sure we're f*cking loud! Also think we might get some monopoly money to wave about and distribute between people in block 1, good idea or not?
Sour Mash Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 You can be sure me and my mate will leave SMS with shredded throats as we have been all season. Need to make sure we're f*cking loud! Also think we might get some monopoly money to wave about and distribute between people in block 1, good idea or not? Not. Just stick with being f*****g loud.
SuperMikey Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Not. Just stick with being f*****g loud. Probably a good idea that.
Saints foreva Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 Hope the Pay up Pompey chants don't make a return for this one. But with the left and right wave for the Lallana chant and the Cortese one it wouldn't surprise me if it does.
Joey-deacons-left-nut Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 **** off Pompey chant is better than pay up Pompey....
Sour Mash Posted 11 March, 2012 Posted 11 March, 2012 **** off Pompey chant is better than pay up Pompey.... Why sing anything to that tune?
Brizzie Saints Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 Why sing anything to that tune? This. Just makes them seem louder.
Bensfcno1 Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 Just an idea for those who booked on the phone. Check your online order history, I did to see the exact seat numbers i had been given, to my amazement after an hour wait to get through, the girl who served me allocated an extra two Donnie tickets instead or Portsmouth ones. After an unanswered email and waiting on the phone for another 45 minutes, I was told that this was not a mistake on the online system but I had not been alloacted Portsmouth tickets. After explaining myself several times, I got them to swap them and have now been alloacted tickets in a similar part of Itchen North that I originally thought I had brought. Ive never checked this before so it is a bit wierd that I checked and have know sorted it. Hopfully no one else has suffered from this complete incompetence of the Ticket office staff (they were very good once they understood and the first girl was polite and appologetic for the wait etc, and may just be a one of honest mistake, but does make you wonder).
wagon 84 Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 Just been up there, no queue & got block 2 no problem.
London Saint Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 When does everyone think they will sell out?
Mattio Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 just booked mine didn't think id have a chance tbh! chuffed!
This Charming Man Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 When does everyone think they will sell out? Thursday at 15.39.
JRM Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 When does everyone think they will sell out? it won't be for a couple of weeks, to sell out we'd have to shift a lot of tickets for the Doncaster game as well , i reckon there will still be a couple of thousand left after that that will be sold unlinked. Keep an eye out to see if any update on sales between now and Doncaster
Saint86 Posted 12 March, 2012 Posted 12 March, 2012 Get in, surprised there were any tickets left but I've got one!!! It's going to be the last derby game for a very long time so I'm going to bloody well enjoy it!!!
Um Bongo Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 Just got 3 in block 3 together, sounds like there are plenty left.
EBS1980 Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 What other game to do you need to buy tickets for to get the Pompey tickets?
Saint-Armstrong Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 What other game to do you need to buy tickets for to get the Pompey tickets? Doncaster at home - Saturday the 24th of March 2012. Or you can wait and risk there being some left after the Doncaster game potentially.
JRM Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 Doncaster at home - Saturday the 24th of March 2012. Or you can wait and risk there being some left after the Doncaster game potentially. there will be some left i reckon, our support hasn't exactly been rushing along to st marys recently, our home average not that high considering we have been top of the league. Would expect this to sell out in the week after the Doncaster game
Saints foreva Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 Ticket sales "not going as well as expected" according to the person who served my Dad.
Nexstar Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 Ticket sales "not going as well as expected" according to the person who served my Dad. I imagine everyone is waiting until you don't have to buy linked with Donny.
100%Red&White Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 our support hasn't exactly been rushing along to st marys recently, our home average not that high considering we have been top of the league I think they've certainly paid the price for not encouraging ST holders this year, the economic climate has kicked in at just about every club in the country, too easy for fans to pick and choose games. Interesting to see that Reading have just announced 2012/13 ST prices even though they could be playing Premier League football next year. Renewals are £350 for adults, £220 for 17-21 and over 65s, £99 under 16s. £395 for new adult applicants.
Shroppie Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 Ticket sales "not going as well as expected" according to the person who served my Dad. But I bought an extra ticket for Donny today and was told it was virtually the last in the Kingsland!
London Saint Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 I bought two for Donny and so two for Pompey. They said that Kingsland and Northam now sold out for both games so I got Itchen Corner - right near the Poopey fans :-)

My Reading mate is laughing, excellent prices and for the 2nd year as snapped up the early bird deal cheaply regardless of promotion (although remember there are 4 more games in the championship to price per game is covered on promotion)
The Cat Posted 13 March, 2012 Posted 13 March, 2012 That Reading deal is bonkers. Fair play to them. I wonder how the corporate sales are going for Pompey? The started advertising them on the screens way before Xmas.
JRM Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 That Reading deal is bonkers. Fair play to them. I wonder how the corporate sales are going for Pompey? The started advertising them on the screens way before Xmas. Do you have to link those with another game as well?
This Charming Man Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Are the ticket office posting Skate tickets out? Need to get some extras for someone and says they're collection only? Surely not?
oldsarum Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Are the ticket office posting Skate tickets out? Need to get some extras for someone and says they're collection only? Surely not? there are indeed collection only but you can get other people to pick them up on your behalf, I'm doing this for a mate tomorrrow
This Charming Man Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 there are indeed collection only but you can get other people to pick them up on your behalf, I'm doing this for a mate tomorrrow Ridiculous. Serves no purpose at all.
Saint_clark Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Ridiculous. Serves no purpose at all. Yes it does. No chance of some scrote in the royal mail sorting office nicking your tickets.
Sour Mash Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Yes it does. No chance of some scrote in the royal mail sorting office nicking your tickets. What is ridiculous is Saints saying they're not going to provide any duplicates for this or the Coventry game, that is stupid.
buctootim Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Theres clearly a problem with people buying tickets and then claiming they've got lost in the post, getting duplicates and selling /giving their mates the spares. Just like there were scrotes getting season tickets on instalments and then cancelling the direct debit. Some 'fans' are just looking to screw the club over. Blame them for the restrictive arrangements.
dune Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 You can pick them up on the day as long at you do so 1 hr before k/o, so there's no problem, unlike with the bubble game.

JRM Posted 14 March, 2012 Posted 14 March, 2012 Yes it does. No chance of some scrote in the royal mail sorting office nicking your tickets. why can't they give some value for money for the booking fee and send them recorded delivery?
