It's pretty terrible that he has been targeted like that. Unfortunately, Twitter gives even the sickest people out there a platform for that sort of thing.

 

On your first point, it's not old or recycled news because the abuse only happened on Tuesday. At worst, it's 48 hours old and as the story of the abuse hadn't been told until this point it's still new news.

I was and it was a few. The most of the rest were trying to shut them up. I was far more disappointed by our own fans who rose to it a broke the silence themselves by booing back.
