No team other than Rangers or Celtic have won the SPL since 1985. During that same period, I think we've had six or seven English champions.

There have been 7 Everton Liverpool Man u Leeds Blackburn Arsenal Chelsea And I am sure more than 2 in the other leagues mentioned

I would agree with La Liga, teams in the league are really struggling financially now - which is why you see the likes of Barca and Real pulling away with ease. There's no such even playing ground in spain anymore, which is a shame, as it used to be a terrifically exciting league. England is unpredictable though, I wouldn't say anyone has totally dominated it - and as shown this year anyone can beat anyone.
