pap Posted 14 February, 2012 Share Posted 14 February, 2012 Now official, and the points have been deducted. Even after all that, Rangers are still 9 points clear of 3rd. The SPL is a birruva joke ( courtesy Cilla's big book of footy quotes ).

No team other than Rangers or Celtic have won the SPL since 1985. During that same period, I think we've had six or seven English champions. S-Clarke Posted 14 February, 2012 Share Posted 14 February, 2012 Inter + AC in Italy Man u + Chelsea in England Barca + Real in Spain Ajax + PSV in Holland Same in every league......two teams dominate! I would agree with La Liga, teams in the league are really struggling financially now - which is why you see the likes of Barca and Real pulling away with ease. There's no such even playing ground in spain anymore, which is a shame, as it used to be a terrifically exciting league. England is unpredictable though, I wouldn't say anyone has totally dominated it - and as shown this year anyone can beat anyone.
