Hi guys,

I managed to get an interview with Mark for my site, and thought I'd stick it up on here for those of you who may be interested.

It talks about:

Saints

Scotland

Youth Development in the UK and Abroad

Should have asked him why he didn't rate Lallana before, hence him considering his future at the club.

Eh? According to Wikipedia, Lallana played 40 times the season Wotte was in charge. As far as I remember AL was also not rated by many on here (myself included) because, when deployed on the wing he consistently drifted in and left us exposed. No doubts that AL has developed into a great player but he wasn't the article he is now back then.

I remember his debut. Burley played him on the left in a 1 - 1 draw with Preston, Kelvin's clanger gave North End a point. Lallana subbed at half time. Rasiak scored I think. End of summer 2006?

Not that I remember it all that well or anything.

Lallana made his debut against Yeovil in the League Cup in 2006, we won 5-2. I remember it well, only competitive Saints game my missus has ever been to. The game above was 3 days later.
