If I try to sign in, and I've tried from a few pages, none of them bookmarks, I'm getting the following error that the page I'm clicking on has expired! Comparing Solent via the iPlayer and via Saints Player for the cup game recently showed quite how much quieter Saints Player is.

I think mattio means during commentary, which is a little annoying. The sound is much lower on Solent than other sources I find.

I often listen to the commentary for away matches if I cannot go and have never noticed an issue with volume tbh However, there were a number of complaints by text Tuesday night, and last night I had a hell of a time getting the interview with Adkins to load. There is a contact us link on the site itself, near the bottom of the page I think. The problem is there is a volume control on the player controls, but you can't use it, clicking each 'bar' of volume does nothing.
