The stream for the game started nearly 10 mins into the match, and it just cut off when Adkins started his post match chat. This rubbish service comes alongside the lies were told at the start of the season to justify a price rise. The picture quality on the videos is still abysmal, what is the extra we are paying for?? ******s.

Part of that contract is to provide streaming facilities for audio commentary. The club itself is responsible for selecting a broadcast partner to provide that commentary or provides the service themselves. The club or the broadcast partner is responsible for providing that commentary via a landline to the Perform Group so that it can be encoded and streamed. In this case there are issues outside of Perform that are affecting the delivery of the commentary. Although we do our best to ensure that the commentaries are available on time, we do depend on third parties and club partners for delivery of some aspects of the service, and these are beyond our control. We do however apologies for the late start and hope that it was not too inconvenient. Best regards

jasoneuelllfanclub Posted 8 February, 2012 Posted 8 February, 2012 also the audio is so quiet. i switched to 5 live extra to listen to commentary as audio much clearer and greater volume. my speakers were set to max for SP and still quiet.
