We always sound unplayable once we've scored a goal, the confidence just flows through the side.

That's why we always win games when we first take the lead, we're a joy to watch when we're confident like that.

Anyone that knows me will know i dont post that often and when i do its because i have been told something by a reliable source or i have witnessed something for myself.

I have it on very good authority that there was a recent dressing room bust up between Adkins and 2 players he was having a go at (Guly & De Ridder) Apparently the atmosphere at the moment is not very good.

I am sure this happens every Saturday at every ground around the country and hopefully this is nothing to worry about......however it may explain a lot as well.

I sincerely hope i am wrong about this and NO i cannot name the source for very obvious reasons.

I think a lot of people should be encouraged that NA knows how to challenge people in the dressing room and comforted by the fact that he will not do it in public. Happens in every dressing room and it is good to clear the air occasionally. He is the boss. The players need to know that. Lallana equalises and saints starting to turn it on apparently.

For those who are asking:

Saints: Bialkowski, Richardson, Martin, Fonte, Harding, De Ridder, Chaplow, Hammond, Lallana, Do Prado, Lee

Why I'm not a football manager

DM (on NA) he does like a formation change in the middle of a half

DP he does like a refill of his pint in the middle of a half

You might be accused of tinkering, but if you get the right result... play on.

Ok, I'm here. And we're drawing...... What have I missed?

A pretty uneventful and crap 25 mins, then we equalized and we've come to life.

Millwall have a free kick now though.

According to Dave NA had changed formation and it seems to have worked...

He seems to so this alot, he certainly did it saturday. Does this mean he is often starting with the wrong formation?

Chaplow has sounded pretty anonymous tbf, going to take a while for him to get back into the form he showed before his injury.

Difficult to impress on your own if the team as a whole aren't quite clicking. Plus, his good form came playing on the right and by getting into the box to support the attack whereas it seems he's playing centrally tonight so he's less likely to have that opportunity.

Yeah, fair points. I do agree that on the right is his position, he kind of made that his own.

Unrelated, but, good report just came in from St Andrews. Pompey giving Brum a good game, had the better chances.

And pompey have only taken 488 fans up there. Best fans in the land. Lolz
