The Saints support sounded and looked good today. Fair play to all of those who went. Did these geezers go 'shirts off' the whole game? Pic:

This pic is probably how most of you there will probably remember the game - seen through a snow storm:

special mention for all the chaps who made the effort to travel up there today , sounded loud on the tv with some good slow renditions of OWTS and all standing, good numbers as well.

I also know the shirtless guy in the front row, he used to work in the same retail sports store that I did years ago. The plan was indeed to go topless all game.

Fair play to all those who attended, just had a text from friends up there saying that its taken over 2 hours to travel 4 miles - nightmare!

That doesn't sound like Ray. His brother (twice the size of Ray) never seemed that sort either. Bit of a mouth on him, but not a tea leaf.

Oh yeah they take off their shirts and they're top lads but when I took off my trousers and underpants I got treated like some kind of freak! Go figure!

I think it was the sight of all those worms that did it.

The bigger lad with top off, is a barman ar the standing order

He used to drink in the Caatle in Midanbury back in the day when it was a decent local. When I drank in there before it got taken over by morons and bulbs.

He still does, And manages the footy team. The Castle has improved (a bit). When did you stop drinking there?

I was when all that happened. Would have no doubt been in there at the same time as each other at some point. The firebomb incident was brewing for a long time, and Shaun put up with a lot of sh*t leading up to that and it all stemmed from trying to sort the place out. He jacked it all in and went back to Haulage.

I was a local, had my first pint in there and was a regular until a few years ago.
