Destroying their credit history is one of the best. Sugar in the petrol tank and iron filings in the gearbox another. I would suspect that as he is no longer 'soliciting', has no home of his own, has changed his name etc, there has actually been a catasstrophy in his life. self imposed or not I am unsure but I think that, like a certain Hampshire FC, he needs a bit of Lee-way with his financial standing probably destroyed anyway? Your legal fees will eat that up in no time and the court will not award you them back given that it's a small claim. You should make a small claim yourself. You can get forms online or in the court. If the matter is as simple as you say it is you should recover the debt and your costs. The process, including the hearing with the judge, is taylor made for people like you and is not as frightening as people may think. My invoice for this brief summary is in the post.

Viking Warrior has googled dark sotonic mills and it's taken him to a war discussion forum where someone called mike mccarthy posts who's location is given as : Southampton (The Dark Sotonic Mills), so all this questioning is a charade to try to drop DSM's real name into the debate. However he is wrong and as far as i'm aware this is not DSM's name.

Pretty sure the two Mike McCarthys are different people, the one I know, doesn't have a thing for over-priced cats, although bearing in mind who his brothers are, his previous occupation & the size of the guy, it's fine with me if he does.
