If he continues to improve and gain experience as he has been, he could be a solid player for us for many years to come. He's a good communicator too, which is invaluable. If the likes of Mike Williamson can make it in the Prem, then Martin can go a long way.

He had a bit or a mare on Monday, but he has done well in more than one other game! Clearly has talent, leadership skills, and last but not least is still a very young lad and deserves a bit of slack!
