Seaborne back in "training environment" on Monday

Personally, I reckon we wont see him again until next season, but pleased for him that the road back is starting.

Good news indeed. I suppose it is a warning for all players to choose your place of leisure carefully. Not like the old days when the players used to nip down the pub after the match aka Jack Chalrton !

yes but that was after a promotion and a good pre-season...with his injuries and the long recovery time he's lucky to be able to kick a ball ..let alone head one !
