mightysaints Posted 27 January, 2012 Posted 27 January, 2012 Does anyone know if you can rent a Go Pro camera locally. I want to take some good video when we go skiing but can't afford to buy one.
Essruu Posted 28 January, 2012 Posted 28 January, 2012 You should consider the Veho Muvi instead. Great piece of kit, with loads of quality mounts. There's tons of pov footage on YouTube from them. Good prices too. They're also local with a UK office/warehouse in Hedge End, and one of the guys, Ben, is a top bloke and a big Saints fan, and is/ was a member on TSW/TSF/S4E for ages. Not sure which cam you'd need, but I'm sure they would advise you. Veho are on Facebook and Twitter - try Ben At Veho: @ben_vallance

mightysaints Posted 30 January, 2012 Author Posted 30 January, 2012 Just ordered the HD version from Veho. Looking at youtube vids etc the quility is pretty good. Comes with all sorts of attachments, 4 hr batt life, voice/ hand remote control and an 8 gig card. Snows looking good so we should get some great video Got it off of Ebay, used once £60 http://www.veho-uk.com/main/shop_detail.aspx?article=147
