Upgrading tickets

hi guys,

 

does anyone happen to know if you can upgrade a ticket from a young adult to an adult? and if so. what the cost's are? I've tried ringing the TO but after spending 12 minutes on hold I gave up

just go along on the day and tell them you want to upgrade,have done b4 and there is no charge,just pay the difference.hth

Personally I would just risk the young adult one and hope its too busy for them to notice it. If not then the take it to the Ticket Office who will just get you to pay the difference.

haha no I bought the ticket then realised someone else had already bought me one so I have it to sell.....Just thinking it may be easier to sell as an Adult ticket.....might try chat up some Japanese tourists after todays news
