Cork says he is looking forward to Tandoori singing, so I can only assume he will be involved in some capacity. Can't see the point in traveling unless all the paper work is signed off.

P.S. @ Jaidi and De Ridder. Great pair of characters to have on board.

they take youngsters to away games all the time to show them what it is all about so they'd do the same with Lee if clearance wasn't there.

Team spirit sounds good anyway, Good chance to throw Lee into the mix & see what happens also to get Puncheon back in the team. I hope we really go for it today. I'd like to see Puncheaon & De-Ridder start, with Lambert & Lee go for the jugular.

The centre of defence looks shocking though. No wonder we want another CB.

Henderson should have a field day today.

I don't think Fox did badly there last Monday night and he attacks the ball well, so I certainly wouldn't say 'shocking'. And I don't think it's an 'awful' side at all. I think it's quite interesting and hope that the lads who've come in take their chance.

Who would I play in place of Barnard.,......anyone! Hoskins, Lee, Guly?

Even though it's a cup game with a league game really soon after? Playing Barnard is a surprise, but it's the ideal time to play him as this game doesn't really matter in the grand scheme of things. Saving our key players for the league is far more important.

I didnt think Adam would play today. An interesting team . It allows for some of hour main players to be rested and our subs to be given a full game,

Delighted to see Lee Barnard back wasnt expected that. I think Rickie would have be rested and he not missed the last 3 games

Strange that by not playing, Barnard suddenly appears to be rubbish in some people's eyes? Not sure where that came from... I agree he's down the pecking order but if he's on his game he can be a threat.

Why do people suddenly think playing Barnard = a poor side?

It's almost as ludicrous as posters saying that he's not good enough for the championship, even though he's never really been given a chance at the championship.

I reckon he'll score today. I'm gobsmacked by peoples reactions to him, when he's done nothing wrong at all.

Bench includes: Davis, Stephens, Shaw, Ward-Prowse, Holmes, Jaidi, Lee

Let's hope we see both Jaidi and Lee today at some stage. Jaidi needs games for fitness and could be vital for us with our thin CB options.
