Barney Trubble Posted 19 January, 2012 Posted 19 January, 2012 I keep getting this message every time that I try and access facebook from my laptop. I have undertaken a virus scan and for spyware/malware and there are no issues. So, why is my anti-virus software not allowing me to access? I have logged off and back on but it's still the same. Any ideas? timebomb Posted 20 January, 2012 Posted 20 January, 2012 I googled this and found: Try, this, go to settings --> protection and uncheck Select action automatically, press apply. Then visit the website, KIS will prompt for action, press allow when asked by KIS.
