Facebook - Access Denied

I keep getting this message every time that I try and access facebook from my laptop.

 

I have undertaken a virus scan and for spyware/malware and there are no issues.

 

So, why is my anti-virus software not allowing me to access?

 

I have logged off and back on but it's still the same.

 

Any ideas?

Have You definitely got Kaspersky 2009 or is that a virus pretending to be your virus software...

I have the definite software. I renewed the license last year.

I googled this and found:

 

Try, this, go to settings --> protection and uncheck Select action automatically, press apply. Then visit the website, KIS will prompt for action, press allow when asked by KIS.
