Just been on R5 Live, Ewan Thomas, Southampton born & Saints fan, asked how much it would take for him to wear a P***** shirt for Sports Relief. He said if somebody could raise £1000 he would do it, but with a vest underneath so that it didn't touch his skin.

So the question is, how much would it need to make you suffer this indignity ? I don't think a Grand is anywhere near enough.

The bit in bold is not strictly true.

Iwan Gwyn Thomas MBE (born 5 January 1974 in Farnborough, London Borough of Bromley).....

He is a lifelong supporter of Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, even though he may latterly also have become a supporter of Southampton Football Club...

A grand for charity would do it, the Saints shirt underneath is mandatory though.

My two kids used to go to West Hill Park School with De-Zeuw and Shaka's kids. My daughter got real friendly with De-Zeuw's daughter. He was over ours one day picking her up after my daughters birthday. He gives her a signed Skate shirt for her 6th birthday. "thanks, need something to was Dad's car with" she say's. My ex-wife also stated in her "unreasonable conduct" divorce claim that one of her embarrassing issues was that my 8yr old son sung the "when I was just a little boy" song in the dinner queue to Shaka's kids too. Gotta start em off with a proper education. - in all ways!

Honestly, I couldn't care less about wearing one, I've owned plenty of other clubs' shirts for various reasons - but if anyone wants to give me money to do it, a million would be a good starting point.

Come to think of it, there's even a Photoshopped pic on my Facebook wall of me wearing a Skate shirt, but that was in response to my mocked-up replacement Saints v Leeds programme which had me on the cover instead of Cortese... :D

I would happily wear a Pompey shirt if it meant a charity benefitted from it. I would then take that Pompey shirt off and continue with my life.

No big deal.

This !

( and at least the charity would get paid ! )

Here's a thought. How much would we have to raise for Sports Relief to get that pr1ck Westwood down the road to wear a Saints shirt?

Do you think he would be up for some charity work? (other than the charity work he's doing at the moment.....following the Blue few)

If anyone has his number why not give him a call and see if he's interested in Sports Relief as opposed to his normal hand relief.
