Kightley for example is a class act, and was picked up from non-league. You can get some real gems with the right scouting, which we obviously have in place now.

Lots of quality out there and it seems like we do cast our net far and wide, even as wide as Japan! We've probably got a huge list of 100's of scouted players that could do a job for us.
