Loan spell should be good for him. Send him out for the season I say as the bits I've seen from him so far, it doesn't look like he'd be pushing for a regular place in the squad just yet.

Hope it goes well for him. He seems to have stalled a bit and needs games to get going again. He is one I hope will finally make it with us and if he doesnt I think he will be one who makes it somewhere else and we will wonder why we let him go.

Would quite happily have him out somewhere on loan for the rest of the season where he can play every week and get a bit of rhythm into his play. Get used to playing some games.

I think it's pretty much make or break time for Ryan, he desperately needs to go on loan somewhere and be a massive success much like Lallana and Surman were at Bournemouth. He seemed to have some real momentum behind him a year or so ago but successive disapoint loan spells have left him looking like an also ran which is a real shame as I had high hopes for him.

 

He could still turn it around but time is fast running out.

to be honest you've got to be pretty good to play for Saints nowadays.Most of our players could get some sort of PL contract if they weren't too exigent or concerned about playing too often.I mean if a fair few fans think Guly is crap what hope is there for Doble tbh.
