Great game, great performance, great effort from a team not used to playing together, very professional, 3 goals without Rickie, extended our GD and even the injury to Guly seems OK.

What's not to love about today? :D

We were both very good and very lucky. We looked a better team when both sides had eleven men, and looked like supermen against ten. Could have easily been more than three clear goals.

Dunno about the Force, but the ref was with us.

Outstanding all round. Support sounded exceptional as well

We've had our blip we've had our injuries and we are still going strong. I'm starting to think we can actually do this

Hooper who?

Excellent result that calms some nerves. Let's not make the mistake though of thinking we don't need to strengthen due to one brilliant result.

I am encouraged though and sounded like our backup options really took their chances.

Good win Saints but being critical, we should have scored more. I watched one of the streams and we were by far the better side.

Top result - looked like the SFC of a few months ago again. Champagne football at times!

What was that song being sung the last 5 minutes, same tune as "you are my solskaer" sung by the Mancs? Not heard it before....

An exceptional away performance, in terms of how in control we were for 90% of the game that was our best away performance of the season.

The midfield stood out, Morgan and Cork totally ran the show. Their touch and ability to manipulate the ball in tight areas created so many good attacks for us.

Hammond sitting just in front of the back 4 gave us the platform to attack and the security to allow Cork to roam a bit more.

Connolly was a class act. His movmenet with and without the ball tore them to shreds, his linkup play was second to none and he could have scored more than the 1 he did. Guly kept the ball well and battled up top, hopefully the injury isn't too bad...

Defensivley we weren't really troubled, Forest weren't up to much at all....but we made them look like clowns in that 2nd half. We taught them a lesson in ball retention and it was a joy to watch us do that at such a famous ground.

Let's hope this is the start of another fantastic run of form, but I don't think other teams will be as generous as Forest were in terms of time and space available.

Wow, that was awesome to watch the second half - thanks S-Clarke for the hahaha sport link, best stream we've seen for ages

Great result with the team we had out and bench

Magic touch by Morgan to set Conner's second, Morgan cracker but think keeper could have done better.

Think our Arab will have a warm fuzzy feeling on the way back to his hotel & expect Mrs EoA to be feeling the the same about 2 seconds after they get back in the room

Didn't think the red was harsh at all. No need for him to lead with his arm like that.

Definately if he had jumped straight up it would have been different but he led with his arm whilst leaping from yards away.

Good performance, great result, Cork MOM for me.

Absolutely superb result. Great to see who got the goals. 2 away wins in a row. Wow.

Just what the doctor ordered. Massive shot-in-the-arm for the team.

Was the second half against Coventry the seasons turning(back)-point ???

Great result - away win, clean sh ite, Morgan scores, no injuries? - brilliant days work.

But a word of caution - don't forget we were playing a Forest team that hasn't scored in the last 25 years. I can't wait for their managers take on why this one went pete tong...!

Oh and just to add - from the little highlights that I managed to get from the stream (last 15 mins) - looked to me like we could have had 5 there as well. Brilliant.

Correct, and he did come steaming through forearm first. Still, I'm sure it will give the Clown something to ***** about afterwards...

That was Forest fans - "You are my forest, my only forest, you make me happy when skies are grey" etc...few seconds later at the final whistle?

BOOOOOOOO!

^ This. If Ricky's was red then so was this. Both harsh but the letter of the law applied by the ref for both incidents

Super fookin dooper! That's made my day that has. :-)

How we didn't get a fourth in those last few minutes I do not know. 3 fine saves from their keeper and two glorious chances falling to our two centre backs.

I'm sure Clotterill will still try and claim that Forest were the better team and that they were hard done by, but from what I saw on the stream we totally bossed the game even before the sending off (didn't see what happened there though as I lost the stream for a few minutes.

Could have done with Pompey getting a goal back against WHU but they had a man sent off and 3 yellows which I'm sure will massively help their season along (haha!) and with Boro and Cardiff dropping points we have opened a nice cushion to 3rd with that.

Rickie who? ;)

Cork, Morgan and Deano bossed that. Convincing win - although from the stream the red card looked harsh we were clinical as brighton were against us.

Nope if you use your arm to gain height you have to draw it back in, dangerous play...red card.Seen it 50 times and 50 times it's a straight red.Could have broken Connolly's jaw with that.

I won't take credit for that mate....I was just quoting someone else!

One think I noticed with these balls and a bit of a bumpy, skiddy pitch is that if you hit it hard and low the keeper has less of a chance.Camp made some good saves with the ball high and at mid height but on the daisy cutter he's as vunerable as Kelvin sometimes looks.
