Property in Southampton

Hi as some of you know I have a property in Southampton that I rent out. I live near Cambridge so cannot get down there. Do any of you know or are a plumber, as there is a leak coming through the ceiling of the downstairs toilet, and there is a toilet and a basin directly above.

 

I was wondering if anyone could go out to the property and take a look, if they know what to do in this sort of area?
