It's just been announced that former footballer Eric CANTONA has entered the French Presidential Elections. Finally a little excitement and believe he will do pretty well as he's got conviction and stands up for what he believes. All he needs is to get 500 signatures amongst the Mayors of France. Not even Marine Le Pen, the leader of the Front National has been successful in getting the signatures and is calling the ancient electoral requirement undemocratic

Just trying to raise awareness on poor housing conditions though.Will take votes from Hollande so that's not a bad thing at all cos the fecker is clueless.(not that any of the others are much better)

Le Pen is right about how undemocratic needing 500 mayoral signatures in order to be able to stand is. Would make it almost impossible for any new to politics or extreme candidates to stand.
