There should be a stream as the game is showing in the US, ME and Asia and is showing on one of the TV sites. Off to be productive and back in 5 hours..

Hopefully now I've paid I'l be able (HINT, HINT STEVE) to post lots of "hurrah, Guly" or "Laallllana!" type messages. If I don't reappear this afternoon can someone let SG know: he has a very protective spam filter on his email which doesn't like Italian stuff!

Yes just noticed that on firstrow sports, the game is on this afternoon, lets hope its a decent stream.

Tough game without Lambert. Hopefully they have been working with Guly on playing with his back to goal. He needs to hold the ball up, no flicks today. I would take a draw now.

Not confident at all. Got a feeling its gonna be as bad as Donny, but I can be a negative buggar when it comes to Saints playing away. Loss 2-0......................HOPE I AM COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!!!

@officialsaints: Saints u-18's (4-3-3 from) Johns; Young, Mugabi, Turnbull, O'Sullivan; Bowman, McCarthy, Gape; Aaron Ward-Prowse, Read, Rowe.

No wards prowse for the first team. Maybe Corby Moore, Chambers, Stephens all gone with 1st team?

Who is going to score the 3 goals ?

Are you suggesting for one moment I just guess my prediction?

So just for you and to show you that I know what I am talking about........Lambert, Barnard and Ali Dia...

Otherwise.......Lallana, Jos and Spiderman might pull his finger out and get a shot on target.....;)

You might want to know my Lotto numbers.........1 2 3 4 5 and 6.......no luck so far:?

sTILL THINK WE COULD WIN TODAY:)

With a depleted squad and limited options up front I can't see us getting much out of this game and fear another defeat to a p!ss poor bottom three side (3-0) who have found a bit of form before we play them.

Hope I'm wrong.

That's Aaron Wards Prowse playing for the u18's so JWP will be with the first team I would imagine, I didn't realise there was 2 of them!

Isn't JWP a midfield player ?

Its Aaron Ward-Baptiste (not Prowse)

I live 30 miles from Nottingham the sun is shining and theres a lovely blue sky. Got a feeling its going to be a good day for The Saints..

Its nice to not have to leave home until about 1230 instead of 9am ish for home games.

Come on you Saints !!

More or less, yes.

I've just made a very rough calculation on the odds of us finishing the season with 54 points or fewer.

It's about 8,000/1, I think.

Just to point out, you are still being shown as a 'registered user' as opposed to a 'full member'!

17th placed teams in this league will generally finish on 54 points, we have 47 already!

21 games left are you predicting 2 more wins, one draw and 18 defeats? 0 wins, 7 draws, 14 defeats?

More or less, yes.

Wow. Amazing commitment to your belief to admit that on the open forum, but wow, what utter negativity you feel towards our chances to predict that level of sheer failure... especially in the face of a successful first half of the season.

If we win today that's just one more win left for the rest of the season, based on your prediction.

Neither are fit according to TheVMan, Connolly also not fit, neither is Richardson or Butterfield.

oh sh!t, Harding at rb then, or Jack Stephens debut ?

Guess we'd go Cork if Harding isn't judged adequate, won't play Jack Stephens yet.Trouble is if we have to go Cork at RB we're

struggling in MF as well, probably have to play Holmes or Forte and I don't think that's in NA's plans if he can avoid it.Cork at RB would leave us totally without cover at CB in the event of an injury to Martin or Jos (presuming Fonte is ready yet).Bit of a conundrum really but I'm sure we'll muddle through. One thing's for sure, if the young lads get the call they have to step up to the plate without fail.

Sounds like Connolly and Guly up front.

I hope I'm wrong, but that combination worries me. I have great respect for both players individually, but the combination doesn't fill me with confidence. There is no leader between them, they both need somebody else to play off.

Team is:

---------------------Davis-----------------

Harding-----------Hooiveld---------Martin----------Fox

Morgan---------------Cork------------Hammond------Lallana

---------------Guly-----------Connolly-------------

Morgan on the right also worries me. This is the first game this season that I'm concerned about.

Morgan tends to drift into the middle like Lallana when he plays on the right, he's not so bad out there. It's just when Morgan and Adam both play on the wings, we have no directness like when Steve or Chaplow play.

We'll be looking for Harding to overlap down the right side like he did against Coventry then. I'm actually quietly confident about this one - although i'll wait and see who's on the bench first...

Might be a diamond who knows. I think we just don't have any wide players who are good enought to play!

We started with a diamond against Cov then switched to a 4-4-2 later in the game, so we could be following that tactic again. Wasn't very effective until we went 4-4-2 in the Cov game though...

Good to see De Ridder on the bench there, but our options up top are utterly woeful!

Indeed. Quick....someone start a thread about signing a striker...! ;-)
